Brittney Loses Custody of Kids. . .well there's a SHOCK!

(Oct. 4) - Gossip columns had a good week. Actually whenever Brittney Spears is around it's a good week for gossip magazines and websites. On Monday a judge awarded physical custody of Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1 (Spears' children for anyone living under a rock) to Kevin Federline, Spears' Ex-husband and former back up dancer. The Monday morning decision required Brittney to hand over the kids by Wednesday at noon. Brittney opted to hand them over the same afternoon the order was issued.
After handing over the kid's Brittney headed to a tanning salon then eventually got around to the pesky chore of applying for a California driver's license. One of the biggest concern's over Spears and allegedly a reason behind the custody decision -besides her obvious addictions and emotional problems- was Spears' reckless driving without a valid California License. In the Pop Princesses', strike that, train wreck's (yeah that's a better term now) defense she does have a valid license. . . in Louisiana. Sadly for Brit, a person who resides in California must apply for a license within 10 days of moving to the state; yeah Spears' reign on L.A. has been a lot longer then 10 days.
So with that out of the way what is Brittney to do? Well no one is really sure it might involve some drive thru (check out TMZcom for some Spears drive thru pics if your interested in that) and maybe she'll consider actually taking the judge's requirements seriously this time around. They included going for parenting classes, getting a license and submitting to random drug and alcohol testing. Random pee tests galore! One thing is for sure Spears has to be in court this month, no excuses according to the Judge. While the judge was giving custody of her children to K-fed, who was present in court, Spears was busy pumping gas and driving around LA.
Clearly things aren't going very well for Brittney, it's been a tough year. Let's recap shall we? Divorce, the rehab/head Shaving fiasco, followed by some more rehab, the mini lip-synching "tour", one pummeled paparazzi, Child protective services investigations, a comeback so bad you had to feel pity for the girl and now monitored visitations with her kid. Maybe she should spend sometime out of L.A. and get her act together. Just MAYBE.
